Hoi,
ich las gerade "Carb Backloading" und Kiefer schreibt über den "AM-Accelerator-Shake":
(Ich wollte hier eigentlich eine Tabelle einefügen, aber mir ist völlig entfallen, wie das geht )
Component | Amount | Purpose
Coffee ( decaf or regular ) | 1 to 2 cups | Hunger Control
Caffeine ( coffee or other ) | 200-400mg | Fat Burning
Whey Isolate | 10g | Catabolism Prevention
MCT oil ( coconut milk/oil ) | 1 g of MCT | Ketogenesis
Nun die folgenden Fragen:
a) ergibt das überhaupt Sinn? Oder ist das "Broscience"?
b) Wenn ja, wodurch am besten Whey ersetzen?
Was sagt ihr dazu?

all the ingredients—coffee, vanilla-flavored whey isolate powder
and coconut milk—into a single latte-like concoction. Don’t worry
about adding whey isolate to hot coffee.
A slow and small rise in FAA levels helps prevent proteolysis and
prolong ketogenesis. Whey Isolate to the rescue. Ten grams or so—
about half a serving for most commercial formulations —raises FAA
levels without over-stimulating insulin release3. There may be a
small increase, but not enough to derail fat-burning and not enough
to throw off ketogenesis.
