I am natural and a Vegan so I stay a little smaller than most who compete.
so you cut the dairy and bread and then you cut meat do you think cutting meat added to losing even more fat in your case?

Seine Beugen sind zwar echt nicht gut, auch noch in der Multipresse, naja.
Aber Jimi hat offseason eine Hammerform, da kommen nur ganz ganz wenige ran, leider hat er sich bei dem Wettkampf vorher wegdiätet.

I placed 4th out of 8 in the Novice Division
and
I placed 3rd out of 4 in the Middle Weight Junior Division.
So in both categories I placed. Its what I wanted and am very happy about it going in drug-free and vegan compared to drug/meat & potato competitors.
It was a blast. I love getting on stage. Going to the Heart of Dixie this weekend in Mobile, AL and will probably be the last show of this year. I will pick back up in the spring being bigger and a going in under the light-heavy(185lbs or so).
