Ich hatte bisher erst einmal so richtig leckeres Tempeh und das war auswärts. Nun gibt es hier aber anscheinend Leute, die gute Rezepte kennen hier im Forum.

-3 El ahornsirup 8ich empfehle unbedingt kräftigen. also grad c)
-3 El sojasauce
-1 Tl reisessig
-2 zehen knoblauch, fein gehackt
-chili, pfeffer (und evtl salz) nach geschmack
ruhig ein, zwei tage im voraus einlegen, dann zieht's gut durch. eignet sich zum braten und grillen.
orangen'glasur'
-saft von 3-4 orangen
-1 El geriebener ingwer
-2 Tl tamari (/sojasauce)
-1-2 Tl mirin (/reisessig)
-2 El ahornsirup
-0,5 Tl gemahlener koriander
-2 fein gehackte knoblauchzehen
tempeh ordentlich anbraten, nach ein paar miunten die marinade drüber und einköcheln lassen. zwischendurch wenden.
