So, Zyklus Nummer 2 beginnt. Aus dem neuen Max errechnet sind die Trainingsgewichte dieselben wie in der letzten Woche, dementsprechend gehts fast weiter wie zuvor. Nur das Daily Minimum setze ich jetzt auf 110 kg.

Rehab. Will only go as far as I can go without pain with these. May do them daily, we'll see. That being said, this hurt a bit, so 1 set was enough for today. Taking it step by step.

I just HAD to try again. Even a bit better than saturday, maybe, but didn't get it. Technique was spot on but during warm up I knew I was weaker now. Had I done it this way on saturday, I believe I woulda got it. Too bad. But I just had to try. Now onwards! 130 and 140 weren't paused btw.

Considering this and also the rate of my buddy Viktor's improvement, I am dead set on getting better. I NEED 150 kg at Insanity. I just do. Since I cannot hit the prime movers any more and am doing all kinds of other stuff for my bench that I can, I will now start to actively work on my bench mobility. I.e. I will try to get a bigger arch. The bigger my arch, the bigger my bench. More so since my sticking point is very low ROM. So I will probably do some yoga to get that going as Owen Hubbard does.
